It’s easy to order your
antiques or collectible from
us: - just go to the menu bar, click on “web
store”, browse through our offerings and make
your choice! If you have any questions, or
need information about an item that you see please
contact us via email. Here is some information
that you should know before ordering from us:
New York State Sales Tax
will be included for in-state purchases at the
rate of 8%. Any item shipped out of the
state of New York will not be taxed.
Payment Methods:
Bank draft, money order, personal check, or Pay
Pal. Detailed payment information will be
included on the invoice.
Currency: All
payments will be processed in U.S.
Dollars. We do not accept foreign currency
at this time.
Shipping: All
invoices will include United States Postal
Service (USPS) actual shipping costs. We do not
charge a handling fee. If you have a shipping
preference other than the USPS, please let us
know by sending an email inquiry.
“Shipping weight” as
noted in the item description is a combination
of the item weight + box/envelope + packing
materials. We use sturdy boxes or envelopes,
and quality packing materials to ensure safe
delivery of your item.
If you purchase multiple
items, we will try to pack them into one box
to save you shipping costs. If a shipping cost
refund is due, you will receive it via PayPal.
International customers
are welcome. We will ship World Wide.
However, adjustments to the shipping cost may be
necessary. If this is the case, you will be
notified by email.
WE SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS
OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT! If we can’t, you
will be immediately notified.
Returns and Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your purchase upon
receipt you must notify us by email or phone
within two days. Items may be returned
for a full refund less return shipping costs. Returned items must
be insured up to the purchase price against
damage or loss. We will refund bank drafts,
money orders and personal checks via a bank
draft. Pay Pal will be via credit card refund.
In over 400
transactions we have only lost two packages to
damage and have not been requested to issue a
refund! Our customers are satisfied!
